On the Website and App, you have the option of paying for certain Services online through a third-party payment gateway.
On-line payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway, and you may be directed there. The terms and conditions and privacy policies of the third-party payment gateway will govern this transaction. As a result, Sri Swarupa Super Specialty Hospital is not liable for any damages.
If a transaction fails to fructify or cannot be completed, or if the bank, credit card company, or third-party site or agency fails to perform its obligations,
Sri Swarupa Super Speciality Hospital will not honor any refund requests once the patient begins billing.
Please send any cancellation requests via email at least 12 hours prior to your appointment.
Because of an incorrect address, the hospital will not be held liable if communication is not received by the patient.
In the event of a refund, processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
According to the terms and conditions, the refund will be processed within seven business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be made via NEFT, regardless of how the patient paid.
